Delivery Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

·        Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

·        Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

·        Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order by 12:00 PM local time)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays. We currently ship to all US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status via the carrier’s website.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on your order total and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns Policy

Eligibility

At this moment, all sales are final and non-returnable. Unless there is an issue with the product we have shipped for your order.

A policy starting early 2026, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned to their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

2.      Include your order number and reason for return.

3.      We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

4.      Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

Exchanges
